Guests Galore

We have been a regular ol' B&B for the last few weeks. Lots of adventures with lots of family. Lots of fishing, camping, boating, kayaking, eating, crafting, chatting, and napping from all the action. A picture is worth a thousand words, they say. I wonder how much these are worth?

Our girls had a Grandma and a cousin visiting over the Fourth and the three girls decided they wanted to be in the parade... all by themselves. I was officially banished to my seat to wait for them to pass by and ordered not to help.

After a few practice turns around the staging area, the organizer asked them to lead the children's portion of the parade. So the order was... firetrucks and emergency vehicles, then the Grand Marshall, then the girls and their cousin. Boo was particularly delighted to be the very first of the three, and of all the kids, really.

Boo quickly ran out of candy and ended up only waving and smiling about two thirds of the way through.
They had such a great time!

Before the goodies were completely gone, Gwen had to get a few handfuls to toss as well.

Hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth!
